What a great car the 2009 Bullitt Mustang. This special edition mustang is a tribute to the car Steve Mcqueen drove in the 1968 film Bullitt.  This car had a few more options than the standard GT model. A revised intake, exhaust. 3:73 gears, unique interior trim etc. 
   I spent a couple of days with this car to make her shine better than new and install a durable ceramic coating protecting it from the elements for years. After a strong wash to strip any wax and stubborn road grime it received a single stage paint correction to remove swirls and scratches. This is an important step to the overall appearance of the vehicle. Removing these defects create a smooth glossy finish before installing the semi permanent ceramic coating.

CS-II ceramic coating

After discussing options with the owner we decided to go with CS-II B268 ceramic coating. This coating was designed for performance a affordability. B268 is our entry level coating that has a durability of 18-24 months. This coating is a single layer application applied to paint and trim creating a hydrophobic barrier against things like bird droppings, UV, harsh chemicals.
