Cadillac XLR transformation Detail

This Cadillac XLR needed a extensive car detailing. 16 years old with 160,000 it was time for a spa day! After some evaluation we found this Cadillac needed a little of everything. Full paint decontamination was needed to remove embedded contaminants in the paint. This is done by using a wax removing soap wash, paint prep to remove iron particles stuck in the paint from brake dust, and detailing clay. 
The entire car was covered in severe water spots. Unfortunately some spots have already etched into the glass and paint but was able to improve dramatically. Paint was heavily polished to remove swirl marks and scratches and a ceramic coating paint protection was applied.
Wheels were removed for a deep cleaning along with the suspension. After some cleaning the wheels were refinished, powder coated black giving this XLR a new look.
Ceramic window tint was installed to block the Texas sun. After many hour of detailing and paint correction this Cadillac looked awesome.  You can clearly see how a professional detail can bring your old car back to like new condition.
